Happy Child Model School is a purely unaided public school which does not get any grant or aid from Government or any NGO .

The burden of all the expences met by a Recognised Public School are as as under :

          1.     The Electricity charges by BSES are commercial i.e  about Six  times costlier than Domestic charges .

2.     The Water charges by DJB are commercial i.e about Nine times costlier than Domestic charges .

3.     The Property Tax charged by MCD is commercial i.e about Three times than Domestic charges .

4.     No Aid or relaxation is granteed by the Government aor any other agency to a Recognised Public School .
